What image formats do you support?
We support the following formats: jpeg, png, webp, gif.
What is the maximum resolution for images?
Each created or edited image can have a resolution of up to 12 megapixels.
What is the maximum file size for images?
Each image must be under 20MB.
How is credit usage calculated?
It costs 50 credits per image created or edited, and 10 credits per image analyzed.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription in the Billing section of your account dashboard. While we do not offer prorated refunds, you will still have access to your plan until the end of the current billing cycle.
What happens to my credits if I cancel my subscription?
After you cancel your subscription, you can still use your remaining credits until the end of the current billing cycle. Once the billing cycle ends, your account will revert to the free plan, and your credits will reset to the free plan's allowance.
What are add-on credits?
Add-on credits are extra credits you can purchase at any time if you run out before your next billing cycle. They are added to your current credit balance and can be used immediately during the current billing period.
Do subscription credits roll over to the next billing cycle?
No, subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Your credits will be refreshed at the beginning of each billing cycle according to your plan.
Do add-on credits roll over to the next billing cycle?
No, add-on credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. They are valid for the billing cycle in which they are purchased.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit cards.
Which countries do you accept payments from?
We currently support payments from all countries, EXCEPT for the following: Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, North Korea, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen.
Which platforms do you support?
Our app is fully browser-based and compatible with modern web browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari. No installation required.
Will my credits be refunded if the images are not processed successfully?
If your images fail to process due to a system error on our end, your credits will be automatically refunded.
